Have you ever heard the expression if it weren't for bad luck I would have none at all? Well, personally, I don't think that applies to me. I really think I am an Even-Steven kind of person. But this guy falls into a completely new category. Maybe he is a Regrettable-Rick...

OMG! That sux! Poor guy. That's got to be the most rotten luck. Somebody obviously had in for him. So, I wonder if the state gets the money now or does it go to his family? Hmmmm? Possible motives here?
